About
About Civic Courses
We build courses for the citizenship test, one country at a time. Each course follows the official study material or, until it is published, public sources, in the country's language and in English.
What we do
Civic Courses is the home of our country courses. Today we run two, and every course is built around one official test and its rules. We also compare what it takes to become a citizen in 35 countries.
How we build the courses
Official material first
Every course follows the official study material and the format of the test where they are published. Until then we build on public sources and update when they are.
Two languages
Each course is in the country's language and in English, so you can learn the words the test uses.
Checked against the law
Our free tools quote the law and show the date we checked each fact.
Who is behind it
Shayan Parsai
Course lead and course developer
Shayan writes the courses and checks the content against the official material, where it is published, and the law. The Finnish course is developed together with an expert in Finnish migration matters.
